During my PhD, I designed and implemented several features into the software developed at LIMSI: PTM3D.
This project aims to assist radiologists and surgeons in the analysis of 3D information from CT and MRI, the medical decision-making and realization of laparoscopic interventions. The following few pictures, taken from our presentation at the RSNA 2005, summarizes the major features developed during my PhD. This presentation was awarded the "Certificate of Merit".
